Check-motor-specification
1.Check motor specification according to production sheet.
Assemble
5.Assemble the stator coil, rotor shaft, frame, fan and cover, etc. into finished motors, and energized to test whether they can work normally.
Prepare-raw-material
2.Prepare raw material:Copper wire, stator, rotor, frame...

6.Paint the motors, and check appearance.
Machine-shaft
3.Machine shaft by automatic lathe, and measure the dimensions again by hand.

7.Put the motor in a dust-proof bag, wrap in anti-collision cotton and put in a wooden box.

4.Wind the copper coil, and measure the performance one by one on the test equipment.
